Application Support Analyst

Francois Marine & Offshore is looking for an Application Support Analyst urgently.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide ERP-related support to businesses (Agresso) (Unit4);
  2. Provide WHS to business or warehouse (Warehousing) (WMS system);
  3. Different format on Report Customization (SSRS, Unit4, Arc Report);
  4. Maintain Application Console – integration-related issue;
  5. Provide first-line support to users of ERP and warehousing applications and be the first point of contact for all issues and requests pertaining to these applications;
  6. Provide ad-hoc reports from off the shelf and in-house systems using T-SQL, SQL Server Reporting and Services, and application specific reporting tools;
  7. User training and IT documentation;
  8. To assist with Application Testing;
  9. Offer Knowledge on user trends and behavior to benefit the IT Team;
  10. Take ownership and responsibility of queries, issues, and problems assigned to the Helpdesk Support/Engineers;
  11. Provide day-to-day IT support operations and ad-hoc duties when assigned;
  12. Elicit, organize, and translate business requirements into detailed technical functional and non-functional requirements;
  13. Manage SDLC phases; and
  14. Manage application change control and risk mitigation.

Skills Required

  • Must for experience in MS SQL (Intermediate Level)
  • Good to have skill in BI reporting tools such as Power BI
  • Adaptable and able to work independently and a good Team Player
  • Always possess an honest and trustworthy nature
  • Possess good interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills
  • Possess good problem solving, decision making, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to develop and learn new skills
  • Positive and proactive attitude towards work
  • Customer Service Oriented Individual
