The merger between two major marine, offshore supply and logistics businesses will see Sinwa Group expand its operations and capabilities to support a growing global client base.

Francois Marine & Offshore, previously owned by Northern Marine Group, has Asian ship supply operations and infrastructure in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Busan.
